Margaret’s Note: While this calls for chunky yarn, I’ve successfully done it in #4 worsted (Red Heart Soft) and #1 sock yarn (Sensations Truly). All you need to do is watch the size of the crown to know when to stop decreasing.  Here are Hat Sizing Charts to help you with sizing.
