Choosing a Work Table for Addi Express

“The Perfect Work Table.” Yep, I was on a mission to find that thing. I tried the remove-a-leaf-from-your-dining-room-table technique. I made my own from an old chair. But the one that shows the most promise is a workbench “invented” by my friend Suzy Notting. I think hers is a better quality than mine but have no fear… I have plans to make it perfect!

Remember as with any of my Addi info… this can be useful for and Innovations or any circular knitting machine!

  1. Hi Ms Sheepishly Sharing,

I am so glad I stumbled onto your site. You give great tutorials and present everything in a clear concise manner. Keep up the good work.

You gave me a great idea for my work station for my two recently purchased Addi machines. Space was an issue. I took an old bookcase and attached wheels to the bottom of it and cut two holes in the top to accommodate the machine openings. Painted it white. Purchased rubber leg tips size 1.5 inches, drilled holes and secured to bookcase top. The Addi legs fit perfectly, no clamps needed. The salad spinner was a great idea.

I was going to send a picture but wasn’t sure how to do it with your site.

    Carole
